Mott Children

The Event

CHAMPS for Mott is an exciting annual fundraiser for the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital, presented by Delta Air Lines. The event features a Culinary Gala with mouthwatering fare hosted inside a Delta Air Lines hangar at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport (DTW). Proceeds will support the creation of a hybrid operating room at Mott. This new OR will combine the latest MRI and catheterization technologies with open surgery to provide safer, more complete care for the young patients who need it most. For Mott’s world-class pediatric programs, like our Congenital Heart Center, the hybrid OR will improve the procedures that help to heal our Little Victors and advance medicine for children everywhere.

Your Support of Our Little Victors

Proceeds support the transformative pediatric research happening at the University of Michigan C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.

Every child deserves an answer, a cure, hope. And it begins with research.

Mott is home to the largest, cutting-edge pediatric research effort in the state of Michigan. Every day, our doctors and scientists are developing the next generation of therapies and prevention strategies for the most challenging health problems affecting our children. Our pediatric research programs are world-renowned in the areas of congenital heart disease, cancer, childhood obesity, neuromuscular disease, genomics and health services. And Mott patients are among the first to benefit from these discoveries.

Your investment helps us provide the best care for our Little Victors today, while propelling breakthroughs for the patients of tomorrow.
